Just learned that the buyer of our old house needs more time for geological testing so the easy sale of our old house will have to be on hold for 5 more weeks. I'm looking forward to blogging on OC beach real estate. There's a real lack of any useful information on laguna beach real estate, laguna beach home prices and laguna beach house prices. Dataquick publishes a median home price and a median per square foot sale price, but that's about it. That's all for today.

Hello out there. I'll get this blog more in shape in the future. For now the story is that I'm moving my family to south Orange County, California. One of my interests is real estate, so I'm creating this blog to document our family's search for a new home in the OC, home prices, real estate trends, good and lousy real estate agents, specific homes, and, well, you get the idea. The title of the Blog, Blue Move, is pretty much how I look at this move. We're moving from the Flintridge hills of Los Angeles county to somewhere near the big blue Pacific ocean.
