Just learned that the buyer of our old house needs more time for geological testing so the easy sale of our old house will have to be on hold for 5 more weeks. I'm looking forward to blogging on OC beach real estate. There's a real lack of any useful information on laguna beach real estate, laguna beach home prices and laguna beach house prices. Dataquick publishes a median home price and a median per square foot sale price, but that's about it. That's all for today.
