ESCROW!!!!
Joy joy joy. My house north of LA is in escrow and hopefully will close soon! only 10 more days until all contingencies are lifted and I'm outta there!!!!
realty trac said the owner of 943 Gaviota recently received a default notice on a 1M mortgage. According to Redfin the house is listed at $7.6M and has been on the market for 126 days.
The owner purchased for just over a million in 2000. My bet is they sucked every bit of equity out and are now stuck.
